WHAT IS YOUR SADDLE TRIAL POLICY?Our saddles come with a 5-day trial period. This is your time to ride in and inspect the saddle. The trial period begins the day you receive your saddle. All saddles will be sent Signature Required. During your trial we ask that you please: - Cover the saddle when it is not in use. - Cover your stirrup leathers with tube socks while riding to prevent wear marks. - Do not oil or clean the saddle. - Ride in breeches only – No jeans please! - Do not leave the saddle in an unsecured area. - Do not ride in the rain or snow. - If you need an additional day on your trial, please contact us to arrange. You are responsible for any damage to the saddle that may occur during your 5-day trial period or during return shipment. Saddles returned with excessive wear or damage will be charged a fee equal to the amount by which we will have to discount the price. All pre-owned saddles are sold as-is. We inspect saddles upon arrival, but do not offer a guarantee as to their safety or integrity. We recommend you inspect the saddle upon receiving it and contact us immediately at ocalatackexchange@gmail.com if there are any issues. Saddle Returns You must inform us during your 5-day trial if you would like to return the saddle for any reason. If you need a trial extension, please contact us at ocalatackexchange@gmail.com. The trial period begins the day you receive your saddle. Saddles are considered sold at the end of the 5-day trial unless you contact us to tell us otherwise during the trial period. All saddles returned during the 5-day trial period will be refunded within 3-5 business days, less return shipping and our $75 restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials to return the saddle. If the box was damaged during transit, we ask that you repackage the saddle in a box of similar size. Return the saddle via a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). We highly recommend shipping insurance. A fee will be assessed if a saddle has been damaged or lost during return transit.

Saddle Returns: You must inform us during your 5-day trial if you would like to return the saddle for any reason. If you need a trial extension, please contact us at ocalatackexchange@gmail.com. The trial period begins the day you receive your saddle. Saddles are considered sold at the end of the 5-day trial unless you contact us to tell us otherwise. Saddles returned during the 5-day trial period will be refunded minus our $75 restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping. If the saddle is damaged during the trial, the monetary amount of the damage will be deducted from your refund along with the restocking fee. Tack, accessories, and apparel: These items are not returnable. They are sold as is and are considered final sale.

WHAT IS YOUR CONSIGNMENT POLICY?We love helping fellow equestrians buy and sell used saddles, tack, and apparel! We use targeted online marketing and our newsletter to get your items seen by as many people possible. Saddle Consignment Your saddle will be inspected, cleaned, and conditioned once it arrives. It may be oiled if necessary unless you specifically state you do not want it oiled. Oiling protects and restores leather but also may darken it. Saddles are kept in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment. We sell all saddles with a 5 day trial period. Buyers are responsible for any damage to the saddle. If a buyer returns a saddle damaged they are refunded the amount of the saddle minus the amount of the damage so you do not lose money when it does sell. The saddle will be relisted with the adjusted price. If your saddle is not sold within 40 days, we will reduce the price by 10%. If your saddle does not sell within 60 days, we reduce the price by 20%. Our saddle consignment fee is 25% with a minimum of $500. Once your saddle sells, we will mail you your payment. We work hard to promote your saddle with targeted advertising to get as many people looking at your saddle as possible! Saddle Consignment Form: https://form.jotform.com/233185312854153 Tack and Apparel Consignment We consign select high quality tack, accessories, and apparel with a starting sale price of $100 or more. We accept brands like Equifit, Parlanti, Mattes, Equiline, and Animo etc. All items must be submitted via the jot form below or emailed to ocalatackexchange@gmail.com for approval and valuation. We only accept clean apparel and saddle pads. Tack will be cleaned and conditioned upon arrival. If your item does not sell within 30 days, we will reduce the price of your item by 20%. Items that do not sell within 60 days will be reduced by 50%. Our tack and apparel commission fee is 40%. Once your item sells, we will send you your payment. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & RETURN POLICYShipping Policy: Saddles: Saddles ship FREE within the US (lower 48). We currently do not offer international shipping. Priority saddle shipping is available. Heavy and oversized items may incur an extra fee for shipping. You will be notified of the cost prior to shipping.
